Lately I keep finding myself saying, “If I’d have known that…” What is unfortunate about this is that it tends to end in “…I probably wouldn’t have signed the contract.” Perhaps I’ll have a change of heart over time, but at this point it is highly unlikely that I would recommend teaching abroad to anyone.
